A Place for Transition

There are times in life when things that we don’t want to happen, happen.  This may be one of those times.  By God’s will, a beloved mission work in Irvine closed last year, and soon a beloved pastor will make the trek with his family across the country to minister to another congregation.  Our hearts are a little heavy and we must acknowledge the accompanying feelings.  We will all miss Communion Presbyterian Church, pastor Moorlach and his family.
Our heavenly Father’s providences are a mystery to us, but we trust Him.  We know that He is wise, and good.  It is because our Lord is wise and good, He provides help and refuge in these times.  I pray that Jubilee Presbyterian Church can be a help and refuge to all our brothers and sisters from Communion Pres.  We want to once again extend a warm welcome to you as you find your way to another fellowship of believers.  If you find that this is where you’d like to serve, we would be honored to have you.  If you find that another congregation would be a better fit for you, then we praise God that He has led you to the right place.  In any case, we desire only to serve you and help you in Christ.
